Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, providing tailored financial guidance from Day One.

You will build trust by understanding customer needs, educating them on deposit and loan products, and supporting digital banking experiences while collaborating with branch teams to ensure accurate processing of accounts and applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customer needs with a digital-first approach.
• Experience recommending solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Assess customer needs and recommend deposit and loan products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience.
