This full-time position offers growth opportunities, requires a high school diploma, cash handling ability, and strong communication skills. You will educate customers on digital banking and work with a team to reach branch goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Computer literacy and ability to monitor a screen for long periods.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests.
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed of their banking needs.
• Educate customers on standard products and digital solutions.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Follow bank policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Assist in achieving branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions' solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and banking options.
