Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional client conversations that build and sustain trust and credibility.
• Discover key life events with clients to ensure products meet needs.
• Recommend and provide accounts, loans, and services matching client needs.
• Promote bank products within and outside the bank.
• Proactively refer to bank partners to generate revenue.
• Maintain compliance and control to minimize risk and ensure quality production.
