Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required week-long training.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and sustain trust.
• Deliver accounts, loans, and banking services meeting client needs.
• Promote bank products and services within and outside the bank.
• Proactively refer clients to bank partners to generate revenue.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with teller duties and client transactions.
