The candidate will work within Retail Banking, travel for initial training, and thrive in a team-focused environment. The position emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about banking products and services to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required training.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional client conversations that build and sustain trust and credibility.
• Discover key life events to tailor bank products and services to client needs.
• Recommend and provide accounts, loans, and services matching client financial needs.
• Promote bank products and services within and outside the bank.
• Proactively refer to bank partners to generate additional revenue.
• Maintain operational soundness to minimize risk and ensure quality production.
• Adhere to operating procedures and protocols.
• Provide a welcoming, professional environment for clients; resolve issues as directed by the Bank Manager.
• Assist with teller duties, process transactions, and approve transactions within authority.
• Support bank opening/closing as directed.
