Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required week-long training.

Responsibilities

• Build Client Relationships: conduct professional conversations to build trust; discover life events relevant to client needs; match them with accounts, loans, and services; promote products inside/outside the bank; refer to bank partners; ensure risk control and procedure adherence.
• Deliver a consistently superior client experience: provide excellent customer service, create a welcoming environment, resolve issues with supervision when needed, respond to inquiries, perform teller duties as needed, approve transactions within authority, assist with cash drawer opening/closing.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws and regulations: follow BSA/AML, ethics policies, and deposit procedures; monitor client activity; complete periodic compliance training.
