Job summary

Equity Bank in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Personal Banker to join our Retail Banking team. This on-site, full-time/hourly position focuses on building client relationships, offering banking products, and delivering superior service within a community-focused environment.

You will conduct professional client conversations, identify life events, recommend accounts and loans, and promote services while ensuring compliance and accuracy in all transactions. Travel to Wichita training may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use Windows-based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional client conversations to build trust.
• Identify clients' life events to offer relevant banking solutions.
• Recommend accounts, loans, and services to meet client needs.
