Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, building lasting relationships by offering trusted financial advice. You’ll help customers plan for the future, open accounts, and introduce digital banking tools.

The role involves collaborating with partners across Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking, plus outbound calls to grow the customer base. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, 2 years of sales/customer service experience, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending products
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals
• Self-motivated and able to multitask
• Flexible to branch hours including weekends/evenings
• SAFE Act pre-employment checks compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and ATMs
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups
