Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of client-facing service, sales, or relationship-building experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products/services in a consultative manner.
• Clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving in client interactions.
• Proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.
• Ability to complete required job-related training on hire.
• NMLS registration may be required for the role; Notary license preferred.
