Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business-related degree required.
• Cash handling experience preferred (six months).
• One year of sales experience in salary+incentive environment with individual goals.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours at multiple centers within reasonable distance.
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service resources (mobile, online banking, ATM).
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients.
• Have in-depth conversations with clients to understand financial goals and connect them to suitable solutions.
