Responsibilities

• Develops new customer relationships and cross-sell to achieve personal and branch goals.
• Welcomes customers and directs them to the appropriate team member.
• Opens accounts and resolves issues as appropriate.
• Builds relationships through frequent interactions with customers.
• Educates customers on utilizing available access channels.
• Participates in community business development to drive branch visibility.
• Assists in resolving difficult customer situations while maintaining high service levels.
• Maintains knowledge of bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains proficiency in bank products and services across delivery channels.
• Adheres to telephone standards and supports open communication.
• May work overtime, nights, weekends, or holidays.
• May assist at other branches across the footprint.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
