Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, professional, and quality customer service to all clients.
• Open and close deposit accounts; direct customer service issues; handle teller transactions.
• Engage in consultative sales to cross-sell bank products and services.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Process mortgage, consumer loan payments, wires, and other payments.
• Open and close deposit accounts for business and personal clients as needed.
• Adhere to onboarding and cross-sale procedures; maintain compliance with regulations.
