Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Personal Banker in Eureka, CA to deliver exceptional client experience and grow consumer and business relationships. You will identify needs, offer tailored products, and refer clients to partners to maximize value. You will originate consumer lending opportunities while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year teller or banking experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of consumer banking products and services offered.
Ability to obtain NMLS preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client service and respond to inquiries promptly.
Engage clients in reviews to identify needs and offer solutions.
Make recommendations and follow through on commitments to clients.
Open consumer and business accounts for new and existing clients.
Support client service staff and assist with teller functions when needed.
Referral of clients to appropriate internal partners when applicable.
Resolve client issues with strong follow-through.
