Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is hiring Banker I, II & Senior for San Mateo, CA. This full-time role offers up to $32 per hour depending on experience.

You will open and maintain consumer and business accounts, assist with checking, savings, IRAs, and cross-sell banking products, delivering outstanding customer service. Join a community bank known for employee development and a strong focus on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of banking teller experience for CSR II.
• Experience opening consumer accounts preferred.
• Strong customer service skills for CSR II.
• 2+ years of banking teller experience for CSR III.
• Experience opening consumer and business accounts for CSR III.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance for CSR III.
• 3+ years of banking teller experience for Senior CSR III.
• Advanced experience opening consumer and complex business accounts for Senior CSR III.
• Strong banking compliance knowledge (BSA, Information Security) for Senior CSR III.
• Supervisory experience is a plus for Senior CSR III.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts
• Assist clients with checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trust & Estate accounts
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs
• Process teller transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer
• Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
• Generate new business and referral opportunities
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including BSA
• Support branch operations and customer retention efforts
