Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of teller experience in a retail banking environment.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Provide relationship-based customer service and identify appropriate banking solutions.
• Support compliance standards, including BSA requirements and banking regulations.
• Ability to cross-sell banking products and services in a customer-focused manner.

Responsibilities

• Open and service consumer and business deposit accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process teller transactions efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with banking procedures.
• Assist customers with account maintenance, banking questions, and financial service needs.
• Cross-sell appropriate banking products and services based on customer goals and relationship opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive service, follow-up, and problem resolution.
• Support branch operations, compliance requirements, referral goals, and overall team success.
