Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act required; background check.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and retain client relationships with proactive outreach and consultative conversations.
• Serve as trusted advisor, matching financial products to client goals.
• Educate clients on self-service and digital banking solutions for 24/7 access.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately.
• Greet and direct clients, monitor risk, ensure positive experience.
• Refer clients to internal partners for specialized needs (mortgage, business banking, investments).
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet goals and branch growth.
• Maintain risk/compliance standards and secure operations.
• Participate in community outreach to expand client base.
