Busey is hiring a Relationship Banker to combine teller duties with personalized relationship banking, handling transactions and opening accounts. You will build relationships, present product options, and support customers with online banking tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and prior banking and/or sales experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial products is preferred.
• Basic math and accounting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional service.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to other lines of business as appropriate.
• Open and manage customer accounts and perform maintenance tasks.
• Process transactions with accuracy and balance cash drawer daily.
• Adhere to bank policies and privacy regulations.
