Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor product benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk and regulatory obligations, including required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required); licensing within 180 days for unlicensed applicants.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products quickly to effectively consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
