• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Meet service quality standards and coach branch staff as needed.
• Process transactions efficiently, balance cash drawer, and operate teller equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller, manage currency/coins within limits.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives.
• Report unusual activity to management and uphold compliance.
