Job summary

Financial Center seeks a Relationship Banker in Muncie, IN to deliver high-quality member service and deepen relationships by promoting our care, listen, learn, solve, and act values. You will process loan requests, open accounts, and cross-sell products to help members meet their financial goals.

Work is in-office at 2900 N. Oakwood Ave., with a focus on exceptional service and adherence to credit union policies and procedures. This is a dynamic, member-facing role in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• Two years successful sales and service experience at a financial institution or equivalent.
• Ability to explain products and services, loan policy and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities to grow and deepen member relationships through calls, appointments, branch visits and referrals.
• Process consumer loan requests, provide loan product information, complete applications and disburse loans.
• Open new accounts, educate members on products, and cross-sell services to support financial goals.
