Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED plus 1 year of customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Background check and fingerprints required per NMLS regulations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in customer service or banking sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
