Job summary

Academy Bank is seeking Personal Bankers in the Kansas City area to build trusted relationships with clients and guide them toward tailored financial solutions. You will engage clients through education, outreach, and thoughtful recommendations across deposits, cards, loans, and digital banking tools.

The role emphasizes ethical selling, proactive service, and collaboration with branch teams to drive client satisfaction and financial growth. Training and strong compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling financial products and services is preferred.
• Ability to promote bank products ethically and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop new business and deepen client relationships through cold calling, outbound calls, and group presentations.
• Deliver fast, easy, and personalized service while resolving issues and building lasting relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales, referral, and client retention goals through relationship management.
• Identify client financial needs and provide tailored solutions across deposits, digital banking, credit cards, and lending.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify referral opportunities and deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Open and service accounts, process transactions, and complete documentation per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies, and security requirements.
• Complete required training and stay current on products, regulations, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
