Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check and applicable standards.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required, including travel and overnights.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute teller transactions and client maintenance with advanced sales focus.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue ongoing sales knowledge and product training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Provide a consistent client service experience and assist with greeting clients.
