Extraco Banks, N.A. is seeking a Relationship Banker Floater for the Waco Midway area.

You will establish and nurture customer relationships, open and service checking and savings accounts, and drive business growth through referrals to mortgage, wealth management, and insurance. Known for SWARM Banking, you will greet customers by name, support digital banking tools, and onboard new clients across branches in the region.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree strongly preferred.
• 3 years of cash handling experience strongly preferred.
• 2 years retail banking experience strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage customer accounts in line with bank policies.
• Safely handle cash and transactions following cash-handling procedures.
• Refer customers to mortgage, wealth management and insurance when appropriate.
• Engage customers to identify financial needs and product opportunities.
• Onboard new customers and support digital banking adoption.
• Support branch operations and provide excellent service across the region.
