Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Travel between branch locations to support staffing and operations.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to appropriate lines of business.
• Open and manage a variety of accounts and assist with maintenance tasks.
• Support online banking and digital tools for customers.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Uphold bank policies, privacy, and compliance requirements.
