The role is leveled, beginning at Level 1 with training and progression to Level 3, with potential advancement to leadership after successful performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to be registered within 30 days required.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach with new and existing customers, following the sales process defined in the CFB Retail Sales Playbook.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales to strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings in coordination with underwriting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and guiding them in using banking solutions.
• Open and process simple to complex deposit accounts.
• Assist customers with questions on deposits and day-to-day banking matters.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and competitors to sell effectively.
• Participate in branch promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Apply bank policies and regulations to customer interactions.
