Job summary

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience required.
• NMLS SAFE Act registration or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through consultative sales.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with deposits and account servicing.
• Maintain knowledge of products and digital services to meet customer needs.
