Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach and identify customer financial needs to offer appropriate solutions.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings with centralized underwriting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, addressing questions, and following the complaint process for satisfaction.
• Open and process simple to complex deposit accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of products and digital services to guide customer usage.
• Participate in branch promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including BSA/AML.
