Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five+ years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• NMLS registration required; background and credit check.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services and branch policies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for clients by engaging and communicating effectively.
• Provide knowledge of banking products and services and digital offerings.
• Greet clients and process basic transactions to ensure a smooth experience.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates to serve clients better.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
