Qualifications

• Regular and punctual attendance with flexibility for rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess needs and explain deposit products and services.
• Open and document accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, online banking, cards).
• Complete account maintenance, transfers, and service requests.
• Process teller transactions and balance cash drawer as assigned.
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate as needed.
• Build knowledge of Bank products, tools and partners for referrals.
