U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to help clients reach their financial goals with personalized, digital-first service in a branch setting. You will build trust, open accounts, originate loans, and educate customers on products while delivering a consistent, high-quality experience.

Beyond sales, you’ll collaborate with teammates, leverage digital tools, and ensure accurate processing of transactions, while adhering to regulatory requirements and a strong commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and self-service technologies.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
