Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitor focus.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Assist customers with products and services and fulfill basic servicing requests.
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital solutions such as mobile and online banking.
• Refer complex needs to internal experts and support problem resolution.
• Follow bank procedures and manage operational risks.
