Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line, handling deposits, withdrawals, payments and teller transactions.
• Answer customer inquiries about products/services and fulfill basic servicing requests (new/replacement cards, changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking relationship.
• Educate customers on consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist branch and team members with tasks to resolve customer problems.
• Refer customers to specialists for complex financial goals and needs.
• Follow bank processes and laws; manage and report operational risks.
• Help achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on new technology and financial needs.
