The role requires strong sales aptitude, excellent communication, and ability to work flexible branch hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone; tailor product features to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliance.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly in person or by phone to understand needs and build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs and provide consultative guidance.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with experts for specialized needs.
