Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time teller role in Columbia, SC. The position focuses on delivering a distinctive client experience through accurate processing of transactions, while guiding clients toward digital self-service tools and solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a background in customer service or tellering, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate, complex or standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking including ATMs, Online and Mobile platforms.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach, checking offers, and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions for clients.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
