Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients, expanding relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions, tailoring product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent service quality.
• Adherence to risk controls, regulatory requirements, and completion of required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly in person or by phone to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to build trust and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs wherever they are.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
