Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years proven retail sales, call center, customer service or telesales experience.
• OR High school diploma/GED with 1 year proactive sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Play key role in Relationship Management and Sales Process with outreach and appointment planning.
• Refer complex customer needs to appropriate team members and partners.
• Identify financial needs and present product/service options with internal partners.
• Proactively reach out to clients via email or phone to explain value-added products.
• Onboard new customers through outreach and establish trust with existing clients.
• Schedule and hold weekly appointments, preparing for meetings with pre-call plans.
• Perform customer servicing interactions and adhere to risk controls.
• Promote M&T Bank brand and maintain internal control standards.
• Support compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and CIP requirements.
• Contribute to risk management and reduction of preventable losses.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
