Qualifications

• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and recommend and sell banking products and services.
• Identify customer needs and offer financial solutions to support customers’ financial well-being.
• Convert transactions, account maintenance, and routine service requests into cross-sell conversations.
• Create sales opportunities by calling leads, visiting businesses to offer workplace banking, and developing referral networks.
• Achieve daily key performance metrics while balancing competing priorities.
• Perform transactions, manage a cash drawer, and complete bank documentation according to industry and legal standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
