U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships across in-person, appointment, and digital channels, delivering tailored banking guidance.

You will open consumer and business accounts, educate customers on digital products, and collaborate with branch teams to serve clients with accuracy and care. A high school diploma and retail banking exposure preferred; NMLS registration is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Willing to obtain NMLS registration as required.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through multiple channels including in person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital banking products and self service options.
• Works with branch team to deliver accurate and compliant service.
