Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically less than four years of retail banking experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service options.
• Engage with branch teams to provide a seamless client experience.
• Adhere to NMLS registration and conduct background and credit checks as required.
