This role supports opening accounts, processing requests, and educating customers on digital tools to enhance self-service capabilities.

The position requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act, with background and credit checks as part of the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Experience with digital and self-service banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Assess customers’ banking needs and recommend solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team to ensure excellent client experience.
• Comply with NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act and background checks.
