Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a community bank orCustomer service environment.
• High numerical aptitude; ability to count money.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Proficient with common office equipment and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to Profinium customers, greeting walk-in customers and handling calls professionally.
• Handle paying and receiving functions: deposits, withdrawals, mortgage and other payments; assist with official checks.
• Assist customers with current accounts: checking, savings, certificates, and safety deposit boxes.
• Understand and apply bank products to meet customer needs and communicate value clearly.
• Maintain cash drawer discipline and daily cash balances within policy; ensure security and compliance with laws.
