Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years in a community bank and 5+ years in a customer service environment.
• Experience with banking systems and knowledge of typical bank products is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide an AMAZING customer experience and deepen client relationships.
• Handle paying and receiving functions: deposits, withdrawals, loans, and related transactions.
• Assist customers with current accounts, IRAs, HSAs and other services while staying compliant.
• Demonstrate selling techniques to open and cross-sell products and services.
