Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling, customer service, and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and regulations.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and professional image.

Responsibilities

• Process customer requests and transactions in a positive, accurate, and professional manner.
• Interact with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of company procedures and processes to accurately assist customers.
• Compile data from records to prepare logs and reports, and reconcile the cash drawer.
• Balance the vault as assigned.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch goals assigned to the teller position.
• Ensure all departmental documents and activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, including completion of required compliance training.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
