Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.

• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (incl. 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. Licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, in person or by phone, to build relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
