Job summary

Truist Financial in Mullica Hill, NJ, is seeking a Regular 1st shift Client Service & Sales Associate. You will provide an industry leading service experience in person and by phone, develop and expand client relationships, and offer financial solutions based on consultative conversations.

You will be cross trained to perform teller duties as needed, support branch sales, and refer complex needs to internal specialists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience in sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and travel for staffing needs.
