Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Client Associate for the 1st shift at a Financial Center in the United States. You will engage clients in the lobby, educate on self‑service resources, and process cash transactions accurately to meet client needs.

You will build relationships, follow procedures, and support the client experience by connecting clients with appropriate banking solutions while adhering to laws and regulations. The role requires weekend/extended hours as needed and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services or customer sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources.
