Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and assisting with meetings and scheduling.
• Assist with account servicing and opening new accounts, following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening, questions, empathy, and product knowledge in collaboration with team.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling in compliance with bank policies.
