• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with the branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
