You will handle daily banking transactions, assist with account openings, and identify opportunities to connect customers with suitable banking products.

The role emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to bank policies while providing flexible coverage across branch functions and contributing to branch growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year banking experience preferred.
• 2+ years cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with account opening, teller operations, or retail banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to new and existing customers.
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
• Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Recognize cross-selling opportunities and connect customers with appropriate banking products.
• Balance cash drawer and process ATM and vault transactions accurately.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
